Harshini’s Success Story

Harshini, a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science from Ananthalakshmi Institute of Technology and Sciences, hails from Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. Coming from a modest background, she faced early challenges in clearing campus interviews and struggled with technical skills. Joining Prarambh became a turning point — she worked hard to strengthen her knowledge and communication, guided by supportive mentors like Ramya and the ANSR Foundation team.

Her perseverance paid off when she secured her first role as an HR Recruiter at Wroots Global, a consultancy firm. Though it wasn’t directly related to her major, it marked the beginning of her professional journey.
