Lalit is the founder and CEO of ANSR. Prior to founding ANSR, Lalit served as the CEO of several companies including Datamatics, LG Electronics and News Corporation (Star TV). Lalit was also Chairman and President of Target India.

Lalit started his career in the Indian Navy before retiring as a lieutenant commander. While in the Navy, he was head of the prestigious Naval Computer Applications Centre in Lonavla and Senior Engineer Officer of several warships.

Lalit earned his engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, and MS in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Vikram is the co-founder of ANSR and CEO of Talent500, which helps fast-growth businesses build and manage global teams via an AI-enabled platform.

A serial entrepreneur with over 18 years’ experience, Vikram has experience in building and scaling technology ventures across travel and e-commerce. He also co-founded one of India’s earliest startup accelerators, Kyron (acquired by Techstars).

Vikram has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from RVCE Bangalore and an MBA from IESE Business School.

Caroline is the managing director of ANSR Foundation. She oversees strategic initiatives and the vision of ANSR Foundation, driving high-impact projects from a global perspective.

As an entrepreneur with experience in media, communications and the performing arts, Caroline consulted on nonprofit programs and spearheaded digital projects across Canada, the UAE, and Bengaluru. She founded Kerosene Digital, prior to which she worked with Formula 1, TIFF, and Time Out.

Caroline has a bachelor in journalism from Concordia University in Montreal and an MFA in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts.

Avneet Hora is the Chief Human Resource Officer at ANSR, spearheading the implementation of the company’s advanced people strategy.

Avneet has 25 years of experience in Workforce Management, HR Business partnering and leading large scale global initiatives across the HR domains.

Prior to joining ANSR, Avneet was the Head of HR and Board Member for Unisys in India, where she spent over 16 years. She has also held leadership roles at HP, ABN AMRO Bank, Bank of America and PepsiCo.

Smitha leads marketing at ANSR. Prior to joining ANSR, she held leadership roles at Thoughtworks, CSS Corp, Unisys, Infosys and Logica.

With over 19 years’ experience, Smitha is a seasoned marketer who has helped corporations achieve sales growth while maintaining brand integrity.

Smitha co-founded Your Philanthropy Story (YPS), a platform that covers inspirational stories on philanthropy, and is the co-trustee of a nonprofit, Belakoo Trust. She is also part of Bangalore Chapter of Singularity University’s leadership team.

Sriram Ananthapadmanabhan leads ANSR’s finance functions. He oversees accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, audit, corporate strategy, sourcing &procurement, and treasury.

Prior to joining ANSR, Sriram held leadership positions at Eli Lilly, Target and Bax Global India Limited. 

Sriram is a Chartered Accountant  and holds a graduate degree in Physics (Honours) from Delhi University.
