Our Initiatives

Equipping Future Generations

ANSR Foundation is an initiative dedicated to empowering the next generation through education and technology. Our foundation focuses on providing essential funding to organizations that support educational and technological development, as well as offering scholarships to children from underprivileged backgrounds.

In addition to financial support, we aim to create classrooms fitted out with technology tools, staffed by volunteers from our companies, to mentor and spread knowledge among underserved youth. By fostering volunteer opportunities for employees, we cultivate a culture of giving back, while also creating pathways for young women and men to explore and thrive in technology careers within ANSR companies and beyond.

Curiosity Maker Lab for Children in Government Schools

In association with Mantra4Change, ANSR Foundation is finalizing schools where the STEM labs will be set up and plans to have an inauguration event soon, showcasing our commitment to enhancing educational opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics for underprivileged students and inspiring them to explore new possibilities for their futures.

‘EmpowHer Ventures’ for Women Entrepreneurs

The EmpowHer program by ANSR Foundation is a comprehensive initiative aimed at supporting 12 women entrepreneurs in 2024-25’ that will have a multiplier effect moving forward. It started off with setting up stalls at the ANSR premises, where women showcased their small businesses and products, gaining exposure and sales opportunities. A Fun Run was also organized to gather crucial funds for them, fostering community engagement and solidarity. Currently, the program continues to make an impact through ongoing business-related literacy courses, equipping women with essential skills and knowledge to grow their ventures sustainably and independently creating a more inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem.

One GCC - One STEM Lab

At ANSR Foundation, every GCC we onboard is a promise to our underserved communities. Each classroom features a fully-equipped STEM lab filled with robotics kits, coding tools, and science models, bringing hands-on learning to students who lack access to quality STEM education. It’s how we turn corporate growth into grassroots impact, sparking innovation, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills in every classroom we support.

BITS Pilani x ANSR Foundation: Breaking Barriers in Tech Education

Through a transformative partnership with BITS Pilani, ANSR Foundation is enabling bright students from underserved communities to access world-class education through full scholarships and fellowships. This initiative is designed to create clear, sustainable pathways for success in tech and STEM fields. By removing financial and systemic barriers, we’re not just funding education, we’re investing in the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders. These scholars receive not only academic support but also mentorship and career-building opportunities, reinforcing ANSR Foundation’s mission to uplift youth and build a more inclusive and equitable future in technology.

Prarambh: Preparing Youth for a Career-Ready Future

Prarambh, meaning “a new beginning”, is ANSR Foundation’s flagship initiative to equip underserved youth with the skills to thrive in today’s job market. Launched in July 2025, it supports recent engineering graduates from low-income communities through intensive training in technical skills, soft skills, and career preparation. The program is focused on providing equal access through a merit and need-based approach and ensures that students are well-prepared for diverse career opportunities. Prarambh is delivered in South India by expert educators and mentors, and reflects our commitment to creating equitable, future-ready opportunities through education.

Namma Dhwani – Empowering Youth Through Expression

Launched in August 2025, Namma Dhwani is a youth arts initiative that uses theatre to help adolescents from underserved communities explore themes like discrimination, substance use, and community safety. Developed with the Aravani Art Society, the program features performers from marginalized backgrounds who serve as relatable role models. Across 30 performances in public and low-cost schools, each session includes an interactive discussion that encourages open dialogue and reflection. Additionally, ANSR employees take part in community mural-painting activities led by Ride For Cause, creating vibrant public art in the schools. Through this blend of performance and community engagement, Namma Dhwani helps young people build confidence, empathy, and self-expression.
